Message from the Dean

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the inaugural issue of FCA Nexus, the official magazine of the Faculty of Computing and Analytics (FCA). 

The name Nexus reflects our aspiration to connect people, ideas, knowledge and innovation across the faculty and beyond. Through this magazine, we aim to showcase the achievements, expertise and inspiring work of our  academics and industry partners. It will also serve as a platform for sharing emerging developments in computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and related fields. More importantly, FCA Nexus celebrates the vibrant academic community that continues to drive the faculty forward. This magazine also reflects our commitment to fostering collaboration, creativity and meaningful engagement.  I extend my sincere appreciation to the editorial team and everyone who contributed to making this publication possible. May each issue of FCA Nexus inspire new ideas, strengthen connections and create opportunities for impactful collaboration.
